Chair yoga is a safe and effective method for practicing yoga for those who use wheelchairs or have problems standing or getting up or down from the floor.

Chair yoga is a great way for those who sit at desks all day to relieve stress and is beneficial for those who have arthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, osteoporosis, stroke or any other condition that would require exercise to be done in a chair.
